There are several I know that have birthdays in December. And it does seem to get overshadowed by Christmas. My Hubby's birthday was just yesterday. I have a few things for him for Christmas, and I was really torn of whether to give him one of those things for his birthday (but I really wanted them to be Christmas gifts), or buy something else. I ended up buying something else.
Another friend of ours, who is gone now, had a birthday on Christmas Eve. Now that was hard. It was hard to separate the two. And I am glad that none of us have a birthday that close to Christmas.
